What we collect

We only collect what we need in order to give you a quote:

• Name, email and phone number you enter in the form
• Town, project type, number of metres and your project description
• Anonymous visit statistics (pages, town, new or returning visit) – without names or IP addresses

Why we process the data

We use the data to contact you, book an on-site measurement, prepare a quote and improve the website. The legal basis is legitimate interest and, once an agreement is made, performance of a contract.

Storage and sharing

Quote requests are stored in our secure database and are not publicly readable. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties beyond the technical providers that host the site and deliver email.

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months and are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Email info@swerails.se and we normally reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

We only use necessary browser storage to count unique visits and remember your answers in the form. No third-party marketing tracking is used.
