Terms for using the Swe Rails website and for quotes, measurement, manufacturing and installation of stainless steel railings in Dalarna, Sweden.

The content on this site is informational. We aim for accuracy but cannot be held responsible for typing errors or changes in material and price levels.
A price estimate is not a quote
Prices from the estimator are indicative, based on metres and railing type. A final fixed price is always given in a written quote after an on-site measurement.
Quotes and agreements
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed when you approve the quote in writing. Additional work not covered by the quote is agreed separately.
Delivery and installation
Lead times are stated in the quote and run from approved agreement and completed measurement. The customer is responsible for site access and for the substrate being suitable for fastening.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice according to the terms in the quote. Late payment interest applies under Swedish law.
Right of withdrawal and warranty
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For custom-made products this right may lapse once manufacturing has started. We provide a warranty on materials and workmanship as stated in the quote, and apply Swedish consumer services legislation.
